Hailey Sweet
She/her. Hailey started training dogs professionally in 2015. After adopting an unruly chow mix and quickly realizing she needed help, took a couple obedience classes and learned that building a strong relationship with your dog makes a huge difference in their overall quality of life. Since then her passion has been helping others find that same joy with their furry friends.
Hailey has four dogs of her own, Chevy (the unruly chow mix), Epic (border collie), Gambino (chihuahua mix), & Spyder (belgian malinois).
She has trained & competed in a variety of dog sports; Mondioring, disc dog, dock diving, barn hunt, agility, weight pull, bikejoring, and AKC obedience.
Hailey moved from Indiana to train with Harmony Canine in spring of 2021. She currently works in our day training and adventure days programs, offers private lessons and teaches occasional group classes.

Matt Vieira
He/Him. Matt has been training dogs professionally since 2014. In his career, he has worked with dogs of all skill levels to learn anything from basic pet skills to competitive foundations and working aptitude for dog powered sports. He loves getting to work with puppies to help them start off with the right foundations to have a successful performance career, or just learn how to build skills to give the dog a job for mental and physical enrichment. In addition to training dogs, Matt has also worked with a sled dog tour kennel and has helped retired working dogs transition to a relaxing life on the couch, and has volunteered with several local rescues. He competes in AKC conformation with his Alaskan Malamute. His passion is working with northern breeds, and helping people find ways to participate in recreational dog powered sports.
